What can you expect?

I am a firm believer in the growth mindset: anyone can improve if they are willing to put in the effort, they have help and they use good strategies. The first comes from the client, the second is me and the third we will work out together. We will design a plan that is specific to your needs and aspirations and then we will work together to put the plan into action.

Everything begins with feedback: I will give you ongoing feedback throughout our sessions. I will also equip you with skills on how to give, receive and request feedback outside the coaching sessions so your growth continues beyond our engagement.

Another cornerstone of my work is raising awareness to enable conscious choices. You always have a choice, and I want you to be aware of the choices that you make. Of course, making a choice can be hard, but it becomes easier the clearer you are of your own values. This won’t bring happiness (well it might but don’t count on that). What it will bring is meaning in your life (you know why choose what you choose), even when you have to work hard or things don’t go your way.

Finally, I want clients to enjoy the process so I try to inject fun into it - although my kids have fed back to me that my jokes can be a little lame at times!

 
 
 

Individual Coaching


Coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfilment, and life purpose. I work with highly motivated individuals to develop their own definition of success, and to uncover their best self.

Most clients want to achieve specific goals, professional and personal, so they can lead a more fulfilling life. We will design a plan that is specific to your needs and aspirations. If appropriate, I will integrate carefully chosen different assessment tools to help you build a clear picture of you.
